How to make greetings card and the envelope?

I want to make some cross stitching christmas cards, so I need to know how to attach the embroidering to the paper and fold it, Truelly, everything. Thanks

I’m not 100% sure of what you mean, but the way i’d do it is:
Do your cross stitch on the normal ‘Aida’ fabric.
Use bought pre-cut cards (they come with envelopes) and stick your cross stitch on the back with craft glue that dries clear, so that just your design can be seen at the front.
I probably haven’t explained this very well, but if you go to a craft shop, where you’ll be able to buy everything you need, they’ll be able to help you.
Also it might be a good idea to go to a newsagents and buy a card making magazine or cross stitch magazine. All the Christmas issues will be coming on sale now, so you won’t be short of ideas. A lot of the magazines will have a free gift and most likely one of them will be a Christmas card using cross stitch.

Good luck.

You can use the perforated Aida paper to do the cross stitch..
Then use special 2 sided tape to attach it to the blank card front.

You can buy blank cards and envelopes in bundles of 25 and up at Michael’s craft store or most other craft stores.
