Page Plus SE (FREE) - one Creating a quick card from templates
This free publishing software, is totally super and easy to use. And very much like Microsoft Publisher. I was drawn to retry this since someone recommended it as a graphics programme, …. well it isn’t but certainly has a lot of potential for greetings cards and similar projects.
